Acceptance

By using WestiBet, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What WestiBet is

WestiBet is a private, social app for placing fun bets within a crew of friends or coworkers.

Any “stakes” (for example, buying a coffee) are social arrangements between users, settled by them offline. WestiBet does not process money, hold funds, or award prizes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old — and old enough to use the app where you live — to use WestiBet.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, so keep your sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

When using WestiBet, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Use it for real-money gambling.
• Harass, abuse, or post harmful content.

Crew admins are responsible for managing their own crews.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create — your crews, bets, and picks. You grant us the permission needed to operate the service (such as storing and displaying your content to your crew).

Availability

WestiBet is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WestiBet is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any real-world stakes arranged between users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
