Information we collect

We keep the data we collect to what we need to run the app:

• Account info. Your name and email address, provided by Apple or Google when you sign in.
• Content you create. The crews (groups) you join, the bets you take part in, your picks, and the results.
• Push-notification token. A device token so we can send you the notifications you’ve enabled.
• Support messages. If you contact us, the name, email, and message you send.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Operate WestiBet — run your crews, bets, picks, and leaderboards.
• Send the notifications you’ve enabled.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Keep the service secure and working as intended.

We never sell your data

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the app. Your data is processed on their infrastructure, under their terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and backend.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.
• Apple and Google — sign-in.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time by emailing support@westibet.com.

Children

WestiBet isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
